    Dear Sajeewa,
    There should be a conical projection of the cavity which is colinear with the hole. If not, the incident ray will be reflected back to the outside. But by placing conical projection it never comes out.

      Dear Suresh. Thanks for the insight. It has been corrected for a conical projection in line with the cavity to avoid direct reflection. Thanks again.
